3 photos if needed for immigration purposes are

appointment only and prices will be slightly higher.

All candlelight ceremonies may also
include a bridal party consisting of a best man, maid of honor,
ring bearer and flower girl or 4 additional people at the podium who are not included in the guest count.

Photo Package $120.00
25 different poses
developed and put into a small album, plus a FREE
DVD video of your ceremony.
A CD of your wedding photos allowing you to share
your photos with family and friends over the internet is available
and can also be used to enlarge any of your photos for $20.00.

however is not responsible for any malfunction of the video camera
or a bad disc as this is a Free gift.

Policies
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total wedding price
is required for all ceremonies scheduled by appointment.
The total price of the wedding includes any accessories purchased,
or booking of the photographer.
Date and time cannot be secured without a
deposit.
Once the services of the photographer have been booked they cannot
be cancelled.
Checks will be accepted for the deposit fifteen
(15) days prior the date of the ceremony.
Deposits or payments in full are non-refundable, however, a credit
good for one (1) year, at Columbus
Wedding Services will be issued. This credit for the amount
of any payments made will be issued only if the arrangements are
canceled two (2) weeks prior to the
ceremony date.
Deposits on cancelled wedding ceremonies that do not include any
accessories or the photographer, cannot be used for the purchase
of accessories, or photography work.
All monies still owed to Columbus Wedding Services on the date of
the wedding must be paid by CASH or money order.
Due to time constraints, a candlelight ceremony
cannot be changed to a basic ceremony after the deposit has been
paid.
A dressing room for the
Bride Only is provided free of charge
for fifteen (15) minutes.
Exceeding this time frame will result in a charge of $75.00.
