PARKING:
Parking for Columbus Wedding Services Chapel
is located on the south side of the parking lot behind the chapel. This is a shared parking facility and you must park on the south
side in the area posted for the chapel. Failure to park in the designated
area could result in your vehicle being towed. Vehicles
cannot be left in the parking area after a ceremony or they too may
be towed.
CAMERAS:
Hand-held cameras only, no tripods.
In-house photographer available
upon request. If a professional photographer (other than the in-house

relatives and friends of the bridal couple who are professional
photographers.
Photographs may be taken during the ceremony, however no
photographers allowed behind the minister or the lectern.
CEREMONY SCHEDULE:
A one-hour time block is allocated for a candlelight ceremony, and
we urge you to encourage your guests not to arrive until approximately
15 minutes before the ceremony. If the 1 hour time limit is exceeded
couples will be charged at a rate of $35 for every 15 minutes over
the allotted time.
This guideline will eliminate any problems associated
with one group of guests running into a prior wedding group.
CANDLES:
Brides may NOT bring in their own unity candles.
Columbus Wedding
Services has a large selection from which to choose and the cost
is the same as at any retail store.
GIFTS / CHILDREN:
Please do not plan to open wedding gifts at the chapel. Suggest
to your family and friends that they leave any gifts in their car
until after the the ceremony, as we cannot be responsible for articles
left in the waiting room.
Children are welcome at the chapel, however
we ask parents to please watch them in order to preserve the flower
arrangements and furnishings.
Columbus Wedding Services has developed these guidelines in order
to maintain the appearance and quality of the chapel, and to ensure
a pleasant and memorable experience for that special day in your
life.
Please inform your guests of these guidelines.
Thank You
